Introducing I'm a Little Rippa

We’ve been privileged to write a brand new kids character-building resource, for New Zealand Rugby.

‘I’m A Little Rippa’ is a six-week module that provides teachers and coaches with a way to teach kids life skills, through rugby drills and exercises.

Our Crackerjack Kids Author Sue Morris has spent the past year developing content for the sport-based programme with New Zealand Rugby’s Education and Coaching Resource Manager Peter Harold. The material draws on similar methodology to Crackerjack Kids, and comes with a series of supporting videos starring All Blacks Nehe Milner-Skudder and Kieran Read.

Our CEO Ken explains, “New Zealand Rugby realised that with the shifts in culture generally, we’ve got challenges. We’ve got challenges with sideline behaviour, with referees being disrespected, and with people behaving badly in general. This module will use rugby, and the opportunity that New Zealand Rugby have with their profile, to take kids back to the basics. It’s about teaching kids how to respect one another, get on well, and play by the rules.”
